I'm Cheval Bakunawa, also known as nov152000. I have plenty of ideas and writings I want to serialize, and I truly believe my works are exceptional. I’m open to collaborating on them, as long as it’s clear that they are non-commercial at the moment. I love my stories and want to expand them into something longer, but they just aren’t profitable right now. I still have to survive in the real world, so life has to come first, even though the process of creating them makes me happy on its own. If you enjoy my work, the most I can offer at the moment are credits. If you have an idea for turning it into a profit, I’m open to hearing it, but I understand it might be unreasonable for the respectable artist. Other than that, I'm willing to work with other artist as a Team if it meant better opportunity for the both of us.

By commissioning artwork from me, cheval bakunawa(the artist), you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please review these terms carefully, and feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns before submitting any payment.1. Communication
• Preferred contact methods for discussing commissions are Discord direct messages or email.2. Payment
• You may choose to pay either the full amount upfront or 50% upfront with the remainder due at an agreed milestone (e.g., after approval of the rough draft or before final delivery).
• Payment must be received before I begin working on your commission.3. Revisions
• Initial rough drafts or layouts will be provided for your review.
• Minor adjustments are free during the draft stage.
• Once the draft is approved, any additional revisions or large changes will incur extra fees.4. Rights and Usage (Intellectual Property Rights)
Artist’s Rights
• I retain full copyright of all commissioned artwork.
• I may post the artwork online, add it to my portfolio, and include it in future publications (e.g., art books).
• I reserve the right to decline, cancel, and fully refund a commission at any time.Client’s Rights (Personal Use)
• You may share the commissioned artwork on websites and social media.
• You may not use the artwork for profit under a personal-use commission. This includes:
o Reselling or redistributing.
o Uploading to print-on-demand services.
o Creating or selling physical or digital prints.
• You may not alter the commissioned artwork without my consent.
• You are strictly prohibited from using my work for NFTs, blockchain technology, cryptocurrency projects, or any future related technologies. You may not use my work to train AI models.5. Commercial Use and License
• If you purchase commercial work, you are automatically granted a commercial license as defined by these Terms of Service.
• This license allows you to use the artwork for commercial purposes, including product branding, advertising, and resale.
• You may upload and monetize the artwork on various platforms, with rights to resell, redistribute, and create prints.
• Any alteration of the artwork must still be pre-approved by me.6. Governing Law
• The laws of Philippines govern the rights and obligations of the Client and the Illustrator under
this Contract, without regard to conflict of law principles of that country.
